Linda is an Associate at the BLP office in El Salvador. Her practice areas are Business Law, Banking & Finance, and Dispute Resolution.

Throughout her 14 years of experience, she has advised national and transnational companies on day-to-day corporate and commercial issues, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Due Diligence, among others.

In Banking & Finance, she has vast experience in the preparation of and advice on credit contracts and their guarantees for the primary regional financial institutions in El Salvador.

She joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2023 after working for the law firms Mayora & Mayora and GLM Consulting for 3 and 6 years, respectively. She began her career in law more than 14 years ago as a legal advisor at Ernst & Young and as a Legal Assistant for Saenz & Asociados.

Since 2020, she has participated as secretary of arbitral tribunals in international arbitrations conducted before the ICC and the LCIA on construction, hydrocarbons, and renewable energy issues.
