“A past challenge, a present-day reality” BLP: Great Place to Work
On April 27, thanks to its effort and professionalism, BLP obtained in its first year of participation international certification as a Great Place to Work ®. The certification followed completion of a series of tests, surveys (Trust Index®) and requirements to be properly cataloged.
The firm has revolutionized the Central American legal market, thanks to its excellent team and the ethical values that characterize it. When obtaining certifications like these, the collaborators give the best of themselves in a family environment. The trust and congenial interpersonal relationships that are exchanged every day allow employees to feel proud, enjoy what they do and also have a great sense of belonging.
Attending presentation of the certificate(s) were Partner Giselle Reuben and Human Resources Manager Álvaro Artavia. BLP received three awards that day:

- One of the best places to work in companies with 100 to 1000 employees in Central America.
- One of the best places to work within Central America.
