Norma has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. She specializes in Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation, and Tax.
Norma began her career as an analyst working for the Customs Authorities in Honduras, she then continued to work as an analyst at the Executive Directorate of Revenue. At this institution, she also worked as the Chief of the Assistance to Taxpayers Department. She has also been the legal advisor to multiple corporate entities and nonprofit organizations. Previous to joining BLP as an Associate in 2016, she also worked as an Associate at FILL Fiscalidad Internacional y Local.
She graduated in Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras and has multiple diplomas in areas such as Tax and Customs Management from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana (UNITEC) and Pedagogy Formation in Higher Education from Universidad Pedagógica Nacional Francisco Morazán.
She currently lives in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.
