VINCI Airports acquires more than 40% of the two main airports in Costa Rica
BLP is proud to announce an industry-leading acquisition by our client, the French company VINCI Airports, of 48.75% of the Juan Santamaría International Airport and 45% of the Daniel Oduber International Airport, solidifying VINCI’s controlling interest as manager in the first instance, and concession-holder in the second.
With this transaction, VINCI Airports strengthens its global presence with a portfolio that now includes 45 airports in eleven countries on three continents.
