Alberto is a Senior Associate at the BLP office in San José, Costa Rica. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution and Insurance & Reinsurance.
His experience in the practice of Dispute Resolution has involved the review and drafting of legal writings and legal representation in criminal, civil and transit processes, which involved the advising and preparation of conciliation hearings, preliminary hearings, oral and public trials.
In the practice of Insurance & Reinsurance, he has provided legal advice and evaluated claims covered under the different policies offered by insurance companies.
He joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2018 after having been a Legal Assistant at Arias & Muñoz, and then an associate for Dentons Muñoz and Central Law.
