Anneth Jiménez
Anneth is a BLP Partner in the San José office in Costa RIca. She specializes in the practice areas of Real Estate & Hospitality and Business Law.
She has extensive experience in the development, structuring, financing, and sale of real estate projects in coastal and urban areas, and has advised hotel chains, corporate centers, urban and coastal real estate developments, as well as companies in free zone regimes. Her expertise includes construction and operation contracts (Build to Suit, Turnkey), due diligence in the purchase of properties, and legal water supply structures.
In the area of Business Law, she advises national and transnational companies in contractual matters, as well as in the operation of recognized franchises in the Central American region.
