Throughout her 15 years of experience, she has advised national and international companies. In Labor & Employment, she has experience in helping clients structure employee policies, drafting contracts, internal policies and regulations, profiles and job descriptions, engaging in collective labor contracts and advising companies on compliance with all current labor laws and regulations. As for Business Law, she has extensive experience counseling local and international companies on various everyday matters, as well as major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. In the practice area of Immigration & Nationality, she has specialized in obtaining Special Permits of Permanence and Residences in State Institutions.

She joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2016, after having been an in-house lawyer for Rio Garment Honduras, a company of the Hampshire group. For 10 years she represented several companies that were dedicated to the field of maquila and manufacturing in San Pedro Sula.
