Antonella Imbers

Antonella is a Special Counsel based in El Salvador office. She specializes in Business Law and Banking & Finance, in which areas she has advised national and international companies on different sectors of commercial, contractual, regulatory and development matters. She also has expertise in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and acquisitions and financing.

She joined the BLP team as Senior Associate in 2020. Previously, she was an attorney at the Arias law firm for more than six years, and worked in the Department of Homeland Security for the United States Embassy in El Salvador.
