In addition, our partner Vivian Liberman was recognized as “Gender Diversity Lawyer of the Year - Central America” for her dedication and commitment to promote the advancement of women in the legal profession.

The “Most Inclusive Firm for LGBT + Lawyers” award celebrates BLP's commitment to increase the opportunities and representation of lawyers that are part of the LGBT + community. This commitment has been ratified with internal policies to promote inclusion and diversity, as well as publicly displayed by BLP being a signatory to the Declaration of San José: 10 principles against discrimination based on sexual orientation, identity and gender expression and in favor of the promotion of the Human Rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex people (LGBTI).
