Marco is a Director in the practice area of Global Mobility & Relocation. He has more than 10 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in immigration law.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in obtaining temporary and permanent residences, and special permits and entry visas for people seeking a presence in the Central American region. He also provides advice to transnational and local companies for the integration of foreign employees and their dependents as required by local operations in different countries, particularly on the relocation of foreign workers and their adaption to Costa Rica. As an adjunct to immigration procedures, he has gained experience in advising national and transnational companies in day-to-day matters.
He joined the BLP team as an associate in 2016. Previously, he worked at his own firm, and at Arias & Muñoz and Lang & Asociados.
