Fernando Farrar

Fernando is a Director of the BLP office in El Salvador. His practice areas are Labor & Employment, Public Law, Public Procurement & Regulation and Cybersecurity & Data Protection.

Throughout his 15 years of experience, he has advised national and transnational companies on corporate issues. He has specialized in the labor area providing advice on regulatory issues, policies, and internal structuring. He joined the team of BLP as an Associate in 2017, after having worked as a lawyer at the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of El Salvador for 4 years. Previously, he served as Head of the Department of Agricultural Associations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock.
