Gabriela Díaz is a BLP associate in the Tegucigalpa, Honduras office, specializing in the practice of Labor & Employment law.
Her work includes advising national and international companies on labor matters, structuring employee policies, and preparing
contracts, internal policies, and regulations. She also writes job profiles and descriptions, participates in collective labor agreements,
and advises companies on compliance with all current labor laws and regulations.

She joined the BLP team as an associate in 2022, after serving as deputy secretary at the Francisco Morazán Labor Court of First
Instance.
