Jorge is a Senior Associate of the BLP office in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. His specialties include the practices of Intellectual Property, Immigration & Nationality, Labor & Employment, Advertising, Marketing & Consumer Protection, and the Sanitary Registration of Products.

During his six years of practice at the firm, he has advised companies such as Walmart, Claro, Pepsico, and others on labor issues such as hiring employees, disciplinary proceedings, and lawsuits in the Courts of the Republic of Honduras. Likewise, he is part of the Intellectual Property department where he is responsible for obtaining licenses and sanitary registrations in the Health Regulation Agency (ARSA). On immigration & Nationality practice, he has extensive experience in obtaining Special Permits for Permanence and Residences in State Institutions.

He joined the BLP team as an Associate in 2015, after having worked at Lexincorp for two consecutive years.
