Lucía is an Senior Associate of BLP in the San José office. She specializes in the practice areas of Business Law and Free Trade Zones.
She is an expert in Commercial Law, advises companies that benefit from the Free Zone regime in day-to-day matters, as well as in procedures related to their expansion and transfer of operations. She has extensive experience in Business Law, assists local and international companies in operational issues, strategic plans, reorganization, contractual issues, corporate governance, and business relations. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions.
She joined the BLP team as a legal assistant in 2015 and was promoted to Associate in 2017.
