Legal counsel for national and international companies, specialized in provide legal advice on issues of corporate law. Mariana has experience in domestic and multi-jurisdictional legal projects, including the structuring, negotiation and execution of mergers, acquisitions and project financing of high levels of complexity, as well as with the consulting and implementation of corporate regulatory compliance and due diligence processes in different sectors such as: telecommunications, oil and mining, banking and mass consumption.
She joined BLP as Partner in 2020. Previously, she was an attorney at Arias law firm for almost fourteen years.
