Vittoria is a BLP Director in the San José office. She specializes in the Tax practice area, with more than 15 years of experience.

She has gained expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate tax and real estate structuring, as well as in estate planning. She also provides advice on matters related to income tax, sales taxes, compensation, transfer prices, and tax benefits regimes. She also specializes in tax due diligence and risk audits. 

She has been a member of the International Fiscal and Voluntary Association of the UNHCR – Costa Rica Section in 2008 and 2014-2015. She has also authored several articles published by the TaxAnalyst.com and The Inward Investment and International Taxation Review. Currently, she is the national reporter for the Tax Committee of the International Bar Association. 

She joined the BLP team as an associate in 2010, after being associated with Ernst & Young for four years. In addition, she was a tax and law assistant at ICS Consultores and a paralegal at Nassar Abogados.
